They have a list them & leave them attitude which means you are on your own!
- Their goal is to get you to list and pay the fee, place your property on 1 MLS, and you never see them or hear from them again
They charge extra for “Additional Services” and will ultimately cost you more!

Once listed, a flat-fee broker has little motivation to do anything else.
